Plain Hammock With Fleece Center. Part of our large range of specialist small animal toys. This is a variation on standard hammocks. It is large and so it suitable for larger pets such as ferrets and chinchillas in addition to being perfect for rats! The center of the hammock has a section of fleece attached to it - perfect for those cosy nights snuggled up with a friend! All our toys are machine washable at 30 degrees in a washing machine. This measures 50cm (20") corner to corner - the main body of the hammock is approx 30cm (12") and the fleece section is 20cm (8") wide. This will fit up to 4 adult rats at a time.
This hammock isn't a favourite sleeping spot for my rats but it wasn't the only purpose for it. I wanted to add more layers into my cage as my girls are getting older and aren't as good at climbing. I wanted to add things that would catch them and it has been great so far.
I have 9 rats shared between 3 cages. Each cage has one of these in, and my rats just look so content on them. Can confirm my rats would rate this a 5 star
Very happy with this hammock. It was a great price. It's a really good size. My rats don't sleep in it as they prefer their double hammock, but they love climbing in it, and i use it as a fall breaker. I will definitely buy more so I have spares for when I clean their cage and put this in the washer.
These are the second lot of hammocks we’ve bought for our guinea pigs and they are great. They are well made of soft fabric and wash well.
Ratties haven't used it yet but its good quality and I think they will enjoy it once they figure out what its for.
